Ingredients

340g cream cheese
200g powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of lemon zest
1 lemon
240g cold whipped cream

  In a bowl, place the cream cheese, sugar, and salt, then add the lemon juice.

Start mixing and add heavy cream and lemon zest. Continue whisking and serve with lemon zest.
