Stuffed with ham and cheese!

INGREDIENTS:

     250g (2 cups) flour
     8 g (1/2 tbsp) baking powder
     A pinch of salt
     40 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
     120g (1/2 cup) water
     ham
     Mozzarella

METHOD:

 In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil and water and mix. When everything is mixed, knead the dough until smooth.
     Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each small ball with a rolling pin and arrange the ham, mozzarella and close with the dishes.
     Cut the unnecessary part with a pizza cutter and close the calzone with a fork.
     Cook on both sides until browned.
