COOKING MAISON SANS FOUR

 

Ingredients:
250g white wheat flour
250 grams of sugar
4 eggs
2 sticks of butter or margarine
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon baking powder

1.- Place the cake mix in a buttered and floured mold. Gently tap the mold on a surface to allow the mixture to spread evenly.
2.- Prepare the bain-marie by heating water in a large saucepan or saucepan on the stove.

 3.- When the water is already boiling, place the mold inside the pan, making sure that the water level does not rise too much and does not enter the mold. You can help yourself with a piece of aluminum foil to completely cover the mold. If the mold is already covered, there is no need to cover the jar.
4.- Continue cooking on the stove for about 40 minutes or until the cake is completely cooked.
